  1. Is my rented vehicle insured?
    Yes, all vehicles in our fleet are insured. The insurance covers damage exceeding $500.
  2. Where do I pick up my rented vehicle in Bishkek?
    Your pick-up and drop-off point will be your hotel in Bishkek. Our drivers will deliver the car directly to you at the agreed time.
  3. Do I need my driver’s license translated?
    No, a translation of your driver’s license is not required.
  4. Can I drive beyond Kyrgyzstan?
    Yes, our cars can be driven in Kazakhstan with prior agreement.
  5. Are there any location limits where I can’t drive the car?
    While our jeeps are great for off-road travel, extreme off-road areas like the top of Altyn Arashan and Juuku Pass are restricted.
  6. Should I pay an advance deposit to book the car?
    Yes, we require a 10% deposit to reserve your car. You can pay using our secure QR code or through the booking link we provide.
  7. What happens in case of a breakdown?
    We’re just a WhatsApp message or phone call away to guide you on the next steps.
