Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or modify your booking, please review the following policy:

1. Cancellation Timeframe:

Free Cancellation: Cancellations made 45 days or more before the scheduled arrival will receive a full refund.

Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 30 days of the scheduled arrival will incur a 50% charge.

No-Show: In the event of a no-show, no refund will be issued.

2. Refunds: Refunds for cancellations will be processed to the original payment method and may take 5-10 business days to reflect in your account. Any comissions taken by intermediary banks are not the responsibility of the company.

3. Changes to Booking: Modifications to bookings are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Please contact us as early as possible to request any changes.

4. Exceptions: Certain special promotions or non-refundable bookings may not be eligible for a refund. Please review specific terms at the time of booking.
